Collaborate with ReVision

Sun inspired art classes, science experiments, and outdoor learning activities—we’ve done it all and more at schools around New England. We’ve held virtual learning events and conducted field trips to show students solar panels in action. Sunsquatch has made many appearances in classrooms as well!

If you are interested in working with us to plan a lesson or activity, or schedule a visit from Sunsquatch, contact ReVision!

Meet our Climate Educator!

Collaborate with Stacy Brown, ReVision’s in-house Climate Educator and Curriculum developer. As the Climate Educator, Stacy supports ReVision Energy’s climate education efforts around New England at schools, camps, non-profits, and partner locations. Stacy assists in the planning and delivery of fun climate curriculum and provide meaningful experiences for students, educators, and the general public.

Partnership Opportunities

ReVision has collaborated with schools and educational organization across New England in numerous ways, including:

  1. Classroom visits and guided lessons

  2. Co-developing lesson plans and/or activities

  3. Hands-on activities exploring solar technology

  4. Solar industry career panels

  5. Solar array tours

The most common lesson we teach at schools is about solar (of course!). It focuses on the basics of solar power and how it can help us reverse the effects of the fossil-fueled climate crisis.

We’ve created a simple but effective lesson plan for educators to use in their own courses about renewable energy. This lesson is designed for 5th - 8th grade students, and includes relevant vocabulary, discussion questions, and flash cards. Download the plan and the additional resources: a Renewables Lesson and a What is Solar PowerPoint.
